yes Chiang Rai Zeph, but when you think there are about a million temples in the area, although this 'estate' is pretty special, my favourite is another temple that's like a weird hall of mirrors, s'posed to sort my ego out, heh!
Guitou, if you retire soon I'll give you a guided tour, no massage here tho, best places for that are Chiang Mai womens prison and a 'sanctuary' for the blind (that's what they call it) near here, the best place for coffee (of course) is Cabbages and Condoms

I had sworn I'd never have gin again after one particular night in Edinburgh nearly 20 years ago. Last thing I remember is the Swiss piano player explaining his real work had something to do with fractals and illustrating it with droplets of some gin and orange-juice cocktail. I woke up with a 16-ton anvil where my brain usually is and a slab of dried plaster in lieu of a tongue.

I'm making typos too lately because my new laptop has a keyboard which I can only describe as soggy, and my fingers are used to the old one which was more like a typewriter keyboard and made a satisfying rattly noise... I can understand wanting to do a first draft in longhand, quite a lot of people do, it's like sketching for a painting I guess, but *never* using a typewriter or a computer?? Presumably he had a secretary!

Lovely clips from all. I'm slightly disturbed that Small Black Fierce was utterly rivetted by tony's Gladys clip. I think it's the thought of "ripping out the heart of a trembling bird" more than a fascination with semi-naked men that held her attention. That and anything is a distraction other than being used to mop up tears! She's not keen on getting her fur wet.

I'm awful with remembering dates so we got married on the day after the musses file's birthday, far more efficient I can forget two at the same time
but yours is a much better idea, by coinciding your meeting with History you'll get loads of reminders in the press and such (especially as it's called Rememberence Day, very canny)

11/11/1 was the day my daughter was born in a hurry on my sister-in-law's expensive rug, which makes her six today.
Am feeling all aglow from a rather wonderful day on a farm, playing pass the parcel and carrying her exhausted but happy form up to bed. Oh, and the good as new bike went down a treat too. Happy days.
