thanks for posting Zeph

this is cathederal rock at anson bay close to home, low tide;

one pins cowering and frail behind the main pulpit rock as the tide comes in and hears the waves crashing against it as though against your naked soul... and the clouds of white froth spume over your head enveloping all time and senses and fears like an angry storm against your skin - then silence as the ocean breathes in - then the reading comes again... and again...
until at last the sea starts to swirl around your legs and you run for it with the undertow bighting your shins and ankles... heart racing against the fear which an oyster of course never knows... and laughing like an oyster passed by...

oh to be human again for only a moment...

cheers
doc

Yes, a moment would do...

human just for a moment could be a life time though.
Doc,
could we switch places during winter? i think Zeph is running a new business about trading places..

Perhaps I should do Pseuds' Tours... but these exotic Pacific islands take so long to get to.

Sounds tempting. I have a canoe, all I need is to get a crew together. Just make sure the ice-box is well stocked when we get there.
