You live too close, man
You stole my i-ku design
Gonna kick your ass

Are we seeing the birth of Competitive I-Ku as a new sport (domestic league, obviously)?

She talks the talk, yeah?
But she can walk the walk too
Turn the other cheek?

but...imitation
is the sincerest form of
flattery forsooth

...and of course the words and sentiment are completely individual, personal and original, which is just one of the very froody things about i-ku isn't it?

Who's going to lead the lobby for competitive i-ku at the London Olympics?

Where is Paddleman? Don't be shy, dude, say something.

offsideintahiti said...

Just realized some of you may think I'm Paddleman. Wrong. He's a rowing friend of mine.

file said...

...come on Offie, might as well 'fess up, it's worth it in the long run

offsideintahiti said...

Nope.

For a start, he's a better rower than I am and he's too busy to comment coz he's got a real job. See? No comparison.

file said...

...hmm, sounds convincing doesn't it?

in which case Welcome Paddleman, great ku, don't be shy....

Hello Everybody

I am not shy - it is just that my english level is... well
I know each of you guys, offside tahiti told me lot of stories, around a glass of Macallan

Thanks for your madness

Zephirine said...

Good to see you here Paddleman! Great i-ku, thanks.

Paddleman: you have enough English/Scots to drink the Macallan.

Always a good move for making a friend in Speyside.

Hey Paddleman,

hmm, so they let you in this sanitarium, there must be a reason...

was it really just a single glass of malt? They serve all sorts here, as you can see, from warm English beer to Australian snake venom and pints of Oirish stew

...and I've seen at least 6 different languages on these pages so don't worry about that, if anyone doesn't understand you they'll just sing a long loudly and out of tune anyway, that's what they do to me, they think I don't know...ha..ha ha....ha ha ha...

no ... seriously, it it gets too mad, can you tell us?

Anonymous said...

file: you have the words confused. Single and malt must always go together. Do not interfere with "glass" or some stuff. In fact, we never take a glass of whisky. Tis always a dram. No matter that sometimes the dram is a full glass!
